Internal Workspace Integration

This is an internal tool used only by staff of the operating organisation to read, organise and draft replies in their own work mailboxes and calendars. It is not offered to the public.

Privacy policy

The integration accesses Google Workspace data (mail, calendar, files, contacts) only for accounts whose owners have explicitly authorised it, and only to perform tasks those owners request.

• Data is processed solely to provide the requested functionality to the account owner.
• Data is not sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used for advertising.
• Data is not used to train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Data is deleted on request of the account owner.

The integration's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Terms of service

Use is restricted to authorised staff of the operating organisation. The tool is provided as is, for internal purposes only. Access may be withdrawn at any time.
